Now Jehoshaphat had riches and honor in abundance, and allied himself through marriage ties with Ahab.
Now Jehoshaphat had riches and honor in abundance; and he joined affinity with Ahab.
Now Jehoshaphat had great wealth and honor, and was allied by marriage with Ahab.
Now Jehoshaphat had great riches and honor, but was allied [by marriage] with Ahab.

Even though Jehoshaphat already had great wealth and honor, he allied himself with Ahab through marriage.
Y’hoshafat had wealth and honor in abundance, and by marriage he allied himself with Ach’av.
Jehoshaphat was now very rich and famous. He signed a treaty with King Ahab of Israel by arranging the marriage of his son and Ahab's daughter.
And Jehoshaphat had riches and honour in abundance; and he allied himself with Ahab by marriage.
Now Josaphat was rich and very glorious, and was joined by affinity to Achab.
Jehoshaphat became very rich and famous. He made an agreement with King Ahab through marriage.
Jehoshaphat became very rich. People respected him very much. His son married Ahab's daughter, so he and Ahab became friends.
Jehoshaphat had abundant riches and honor. He also formed a marriage alliance with Ahab.
Now Jehoshaphat had great riches and honor, and he made a marriage alliance with Ahab.
Now Jehoshaphat had great riches and honour, and he made a marriage alliance with Ahab.
Jehoshaphat had much wealth and ·honor [esteem], and he made an ·agreement [alliance] with King Ahab through marriage [C his son married Athaliah, Ahab’s daughter; 21:6].

And Jehoshaphat had riches and honor in abundance, but he was joined in affinity with Ahab.
Jehoshaphat was wealthy and honorable and became Ahab’s in-law.
When King Jehoshaphat of Judah became rich and famous, he arranged a marriage between a member of his family and the family of King Ahab of Israel.
Now Jehoshaphat had riches and honor in abundance, and he made an alliance with Ahab through marriage.
Jehoshaphat had much wealth and honor. He made an agreement with King Ahab through marriage.
After Jehoshaphat had become wealthy and was enjoying abundant honor, he allied himself to Ahab.
¶ Now Jehoshaphat had riches and honour in abundance, and married into the family of Ahab.
Now Jehoshaphat had riches and honour in abundance, and joined affinity with Ahab.
Now Jehoshaphat had riches and honour in abundance, and joined affinity with Ahab.
Now Jehoshaphat had riches and honor in abundance; and he allied himself by marriage with Ahab.
Now Jehoshaphat had much wealth and honor, and he became son-in-law to Ahab.
But rich, popular King Jehoshaphat of Judah made a marriage alliance for his son with the daughter of King Ahab of Israel.
But even though Jehoshaphat was very rich and much honored, he made a marriage alliance with Ahab of Israel. Some time later he paid a visit to Ahab at Samaria. Ahab celebrated his visit with a feast—a huge barbecue with all the lamb and beef you could eat. But Ahab had a hidden agenda; he wanted Jehoshaphat’s support in attacking Ramoth Gilead. Then Ahab brought it into the open: “Will you join me in attacking Ramoth Gilead?” Jehoshaphat said, “You bet. I’m with you all the way; you can count on me and my troops.”
Now Jehoshaphat had great riches and honor, and he married into the family of Ahab.
Jehoshaphat was wealthy and honorable and became Ahab’s in-law.
Jehoshaphat therefore had wealth and glory in abundance; but he became related to Ahab by marriage.
Now Jehoshaphat had great riches and honor; and he allied himself by marriage to Ahab.
Now Jehoshaphat had great riches and honor; and he allied himself by marriage with Ahab.
When Jehoshaphat had accumulated great wealth and honor, he allied himself to Ahab by marriage.
Jehoshaphat had much wealth and honor, and he made an agreement with King Ahab through marriage.
Jehoshaphat was very wealthy and greatly respected. He made an alliance by marriage with Ahab,
Jehoshaphat had great wealth and honor. He joined forces with Ahab by marrying Ahab’s daughter.
Now Jehoshaphat had great wealth and honor, and he allied himself with Ahab by marriage.
Now Jehoshaphat had great wealth and honour, and he allied himself with Ahab by marriage.
Jehoshaphat had riches and honor in abundance; and by marriage he allied himself with Ahab.
Now Jehoshaphat had great riches and honor. And by a marriage he was joined with Ahab.
Jehoshaphat enjoyed great riches and high esteem, and he made an alliance with Ahab of Israel by having his son marry Ahab’s daughter.
Now Jehoshaphat had great riches and honour; and he made a marriage alliance with Ahab.

In spite of his great wealth and honor, Jehoshaphat still wanted an alliance with the Northern Kingdom. So he arranged for his son, Jehoram, to marry Athaliah, the daughter of Ahab, the king of Israel.
Now Jehoshaphat had riches and honor in abundance; and he allied himself with Ahab.
Forsooth Jehoshaphat was full rich, and noble, and by affinity he was joined to Ahab. (Now Jehoshaphat was very rich, and noble, and by marriage he was joined to Ahab.)
And Jehoshaphat hath riches and honour in abundance, and joineth affinity to Ahab,
